it should talk about how agents within the system could be admin agents staff agents customer service agents etc these are also seperate from reggie the entity the brain frame but can draw from and contribute to the system reggie, some of these agents might be called reggie so the interaction is intended like talking to the system but it is not always talking to the system reggie and the entire brain frame

This document clarifies a core architectural principle: Reggie is the application core; voice and chat are simply pluggable interfaces.
