Pingl has delivered its first real slice: a secure SMS action-page bridge that lets a user stuck on the location-related pending login branch use phone GPS to authorise the desktop flow.

That sentence hides a lot of machinery. The important version is simpler: RABS can now send a secure one-time phone link, collect explicit GPS consent, and let the desktop continue only after the normal account and permission gates run again.

The first end-to-end approval pipeline test ran today and worked: Reggie looked up Nicole Barton's Wednesday shift, queued an SMS to Brett, Brett texted Y AP0001, and the SMS landed on Brett's phone seconds later -- via Reggie's number, audited in tool_calls, the whole loop closed.

Late October through early November 2025 was the most technically intense period of the RABS admin build so far. The forum and messenger systems were fixed and rebuilt. The email system suffered a TLS connection crisis that affected every account. A progressive database migration from the legacy DB1 to the new DB2 began, introducing a dual-pool architecture and gradually migrating routes from the old database to the new one. And a comprehensive Comms platform — SMS, voice, video, and a full address book — was built in a single session.
